Thomas Paterson

Tom Paterson is an accomplished business professional with a background in finance, in food and agriculture, and in sports manufacturing.  Tom has owned and run retail and wholesale operations in the meat and dairy industries in Australia, China, South East Asia, Japan and the Middle East, and successfully pioneered the development and sale of a wide range of food products including beef bacon to the Middle East, plant-based meat products for the Australian market, and retail cheese products to North Asia. He has also owned and led a sports retailer and manufacturer. Tom leads the strategy development and vision for clients at Milne Bay. 

Mark Morley

Mark Morley is a former senior Australian trade and investment diplomat and marketing professional. Mark’s areas of expertise are in food and agriculture, in defence and in tertiary and vocational education. Mark has led large global teams in Egypt, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, India and Pakistan, and he has undergraduate degrees in Arts and Economics, a masters degree in International Business, and a doctoral degree in Law from Monash University. Mark also speaks Arabic. Mark leads client relationships and strategy execution for clients at Milne Bay.
